By booking an appointment with Honeydew Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services provided are intended to enhance your natural beauty and well-being, with treatments tailored to your individual needs. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
  • If paying with a credit card, you will be responsible for covering any applicable merchant processing fees.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the pricing at the time of your booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.
  • This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file or invoiced if no card is available.
  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, with the cancellation fee applied.

Communication Policy

  • By booking an appointment with Honeydew Aesthetics, you consent to receive email and text correspondence related to your appointment. This includes booking confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and important updates.
  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please contact us if you prefer not to receive text messages, but note that opting out may limit our ability to provide timely reminders.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for completed services or deposits.
  • Results may vary from client to client, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. By booking, you acknowledge this and understand that services are non-refundable.

Service Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior, failing to comply with our policies, or displaying disrespectful or disruptive conduct.
  • All treatments are performed with the utmost care and professionalism to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
  • Any adverse reactions must be reported immediately, and Honeydew Aesthetics reserves the right to refer clients to a licensed medical provider for further care if necessary.

Medical History

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications during your consultation.
  • Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in adverse outcomes, for which Honeydew Aesthetics cannot be held responsible.
